💻 Platform Updates

Exceptions report

There is now a filter in the exceptions report.

You may choose to use this to filter for a particular Alias, Service, Service Item etc.

🚨 Note: If you have a large number of exceptions, we recommend exporting the list and managing in Excel. 

Customer Users invitation email

The Organization's email address (System / Organization) is now used as the "Sender" of invitations to Customers to use the End Customer Portal.

End Customer Portal - reports

We have made improvements to reduce timeouts in custom reports in the End Customer Portal.

Emailing Credit Notes

If a credit note is marked as Sent Manually, and then emailed to the Customer, its status will change to Sent.

😇 HaloPSA Integration Updates

Invoice Export to HaloPSA Issue Resolved

Export of invoices to HaloPSA would sometimes fail to export all invoices. This has been resolved.

📗 Quickbooks Online Integration Updates

Correct Payment Date on Exported Invoices

Invoices that are exported after Payments are made in Datagate, are now exported with the correct payment date.

🦉 ConnectWise Integration Updates

ConnectWise Invoice 'Apply To' and Shipping Location Import

If ConnectWise invoices are imported into Datagate, "Apply To" is now imported.

🚨 Note: This makes the data available to be displayed on a Datagate invoice PDF, the invoice itself will need to be customized to display this field.

If the Shipping location is imported from the ConnectWise invoices, Taxes will be based on the Shipping location. That shipping location may be another Customer Site.

Otherwise, Taxes will be based on the Customer/Site location as usual.

💳 Payments Integration Updates

Datagate Payments powered by Nexio

Payer First and Last names have been added to the Credit Card form.

It is recommended that these fields be filled out by the Customer when entering their payment information.
