💻 Platform Updates
Workflow Improvements
Navigate seamlessly through your workflow by opening new tabs directly from the Invoicing/Action Invoices menu. Simply press <Ctrl> (Windows) or <Command> (MacOS) and click on the Customer name to open the Customer in a new tab. Please exercise caution when working with multiple tabs, as changes made in one tab may not immediately reflect in another.
Bundles
Bundles can now be assigned to multiple Service Items. This enables you to tailor bundles, such as minute buckets, to specific groups of Service Items. This flexibility enhances your ability to customize services based on your unique business needs.
Email Templates
The User Interface for Email Templates has undergone slight changes to accommodate upcoming features that are currently in development:
- Multiple invoice and Credit note email templates
- Dunning/overdue notices
Exceptions Report
Experience a refined interface with improved timeout settings, allowing all users to efficiently run and export reports.
😇 HaloPSA Integration
Recurring Invoices
Datagate Invoices can now be exported to HaloPSA recurring invoices. This enhancement allows you to combine Datagate charges with other HaloPSA charges, and send the invoice to the Customer from HaloPSA.

Kits
Kits can now be imported from Halo into Datagate.

Quoter Integration
Importing Kits into Datagate
Discounts on a Kit item in Quoter will be reflected as a Discount on the Datagate Customer Product. This ensures consistent pricing for your customers and further automates your workflow
ConnectWise Integration
Invoice Layouts
If you are importing Invoices from ConnectWise, and sending to the Customer from Datagate, you now have the option of selecting a different Invoice Template for these non-Agreement invoices. This allows extra information, such as information on a Service Ticket, to be printed on those invoices.
Importing Kits into Datagate
If you have the ConnectWise Product Sync enabled, and you have Kits on your Agreement in ConnectWise, any difference in price is now reflected as a Discount in Datagate.
