💻 Platform Updates

Date Clarity

When dates are used for selection throughout Datagate, we make it clear whether the date selection is Invoice Date or Billing Period Date (Usage date).

Save Changes

If you have made changes to a screen and may have forgotten to <Save> the changes, we now warn you when you navigate off the page.

Import - Product and Kit Template Assignments

When importing Product and Kit template assignments, there is an option to use data from the Product Template if the column is blank. If you don't choose this option, the fields will be imported as empty.

If you import a Kit assignment, and the Sell price doesn't match the Kit Sell price, the Customer Kit price matches the import CSV file.

End Customer Portal

A Cost Center column has been added to the Usage report that customers can run.

🌀 Datto Autotask

Sync Autotask Service Bundles with Datagate Kits Seamlessly

You can now use Kits in Datagate when you have the Autotask Product Sync enabled.

Add a Contract Service Bundle in Autotask, with a matching Kit (and components) in Datagate.

If the Contract Service Bundle is assigned to the Autotask Agreement, the Kit will be assigned to the Datagate Customer with matching quantity and value.

📝 Quoter

Import Only Recurring or One-Off Charges from Quoter

You now have the option to choose to import only Recurring or only one-off charges from Quoter.

💳 Datagate Payments Powered by Nexio

Datagate Now Updates Invoice Status for Failed Payments

Datagate will now receive notification of failed payments, and update the invoice status appropriately.

🧰 Small Enhancements & Bug Fixes

• 🏛️ CCH SureTax: SureTax Taxes Detailed report date format has been corrected.
• 🦉 ConnectWise PSA: ConnectWise Product Sync will use the Rate Card assigned to the Product Template when a Product is imported from ConnectWise.
• ☎️ Datagate Platform: "Exclude Surcharges" extra column has been added to Product and Kit Template Assignment import.
