💡What's New?
🎉 HaloPSA Integration
Integration Now Available
We are very excited to announce that the HaloPSA integration is now fully available!
If you use HaloPSA and would like to configure the integration, visit the Datagate Help Center for more information.
📘 Xero Integration
Send Datagate Invoice PDF to Xero
You can now send the Datagate-generated invoice PDF when exporting invoices to Xero. This will attach the PDF file to the invoice record in Xero that can be used for follow-up and overdue emails.
To enable this option, head to your Xero integration settings page.
Note - Please disable and re-enable your Xero integration after enabling this function.
💻 Platform Updates
End Customer Portal Usage Tab
Your customers can now easily search through usage records in the End Customer Portal Usage tab by phone number as well as call type.
SureTax Unit Type field for Products [USA Only]
You’ll see a new “Unit Type Code” field in the Tax Details section of Products. Your tax partner will advise if they want you to override the default Unit Type code.
We will also be adding other similar override fields in the same section. Unless you are otherwise advised by your tax partner, you can leave these blank to use the existing default.
Customer Type for US Tax Calculations [USA Only]
If you have a tax engine integrated into Datagate for telecom tax calculations (Avalara, CSI, or SureTax), you’ll now see an additional option in the Customer Details tab allowing you to specify the Customer type.
- SureTax - Residential, Business, Industrial, or Lifeline
- Avalara - Residential, Business, Senior Citizen, or Industrial
- CSI - Residential, Commercial
Sort Columns on Customer Products Table
The ability to sort a Customer's Products table by column is back by popular demand.
You’ll now be able to sort the Products table (Customer > Products) by column in ascending or descending order again.
View Portal Users' Usernames
You’ll now be able to quickly check the usernames of your Datagate users from the Reseller Users page in the main menu (Reseller Users > Users).
This is particularly useful if one of your users has forgotten both their username and password.
