💡What's New?
📗Quickbooks Online Integration
Automatically Sync Payments from Datagate
If you use QuickBooks Online and collect payments through Datagate (End Customer Portal or Admin Portal), Datagate will automatically synchronize payments for exported invoices.
To enable this feature, head to the QuickBooks Online Synchronizations settings and select the Export payments option.
💻 Platform Updates
SSO for End Customer Portal (ECP)
You can now allow your customers to log on to the End Customer Portal via Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication.
The new field on the login page allows users to enter a company name to be redirected to the SSO authentication page (if SSO is configured).
If the user does not already exist in Datagate but is authenticated, Datagate will create an account for them automatically.
To enable SSO, head to the settings page, select “Single Sign-On” and configure your SAML and Role settings for the End Customer Portal.
⚙️ Datto Autotask PSA Integration
Importing One-off Charges
Datagate will now automatically sync one-off Contract Charges from Autotask; importing the charge as a Product with the start and end dates from Autotask.
The synchronization of recurring Contract Services will remain the same.
📘 Xero Integration
Disconnect Notifications
Datagate will notify you if your portal has been disconnected from Xero when you are importing or exporting. You will now see a warning message and can head to the Xero Synchronization settings page to reconnect.
Invoice Status on Export
When exporting invoices from Datagate to Xero, you can now specify the invoice status that should be set in Xero. You can either select “Awaiting payment” or “Draft”.
🌀 Kaseya Integration
Time of Last Sync
You can now check the Kaseya integration settings page to find out when the last sync was done.
💳 Stripe Integration
Display Credit Card Fee
If you use Stripe to collect payments via the End Customer Portal and have an automatic Credit Card fee configured, Datagate will display the fee amount and a total invoice amount on the payment window.
