Product templates are a time-saving tool for you to easily create new products for your customers without filling out the fields from scratch.

How to Add Product Template
- Navigate to Product Templates page from the main menu
- Click on the
button, Template Details page will open
- Enter Products Template Details and add charges.
- Click the Save button, product template will be added and display in the table grid.
How to Edit a Product Template
- Navigate to the Product Templates page
- Click on the product template in the table you want to edit
- Update Template Details and click Save button
How to Delete Product Template(s)
- Navigate to the Product Templates page
- Select product templates you want to delete, the Delete button will be enabled next to Add button
- Click Delete button, delete confirmation message displays
- Click Confirm button, product template(s) remove from the table grid

Reference Code * |
Reference Code is required field Cannot have duplicates |
Description | Name of the product template |
Cost * |
Cost field is a required field. Can have negative or decimal values. |
Sell * |
Sell field is a required field. Can have negative or decimal values. |
In Advance |
Optional field This is a dropdown box. You can select the transaction generation method you want the product template to be Transactions can be generated for the current billing period, one or two months in advance or in arrears |
Supplier | Dropdown list displays the suppliers. Optional field |
