A service item can be a toll-free number, mobile number, tolls number or circuit line etc. Basically, customer usage related to a service calculate based on a service item. In other words, any usage-based items.

Add a New Service Item
- Click on Customers in the main menu.
- Click on the Customer Code or Name link in the customer list table that you want to add service items to.
- You will navigate to the Customer invoices tab. Switch to the Service Items tab.
- Click the + button in the Service Item tab, Service Item Details window will open right corner of the page.
- Enter service item details and click Save button.
Edit an Existing Service Item
- Click on Customers in the main menu.
- Click on the Customer Code or Name link in the customer list table
- You will navigate to Customer invoices page. Click on Service Items tab under customer menu
- Click on a service item record in the table, Service Item Details will open
- Update service item details and click Save button

Enter the service item code. This is mandatory field. Unique field for a service. So, you cannot have duplicate codes for the same service type. For Tolls and Tollfree service items code should be a number value while other service items can have alphanumeric values. |

Site |
Dropdown show all the Sites belonging to the customer. Select the site to allocate service item to. Optional field. If you do not select a site, service item will not have attached to the site, just sitting under customer. |
