If you want to allow access to multiple Customers for a single user, please follow the instructions below:
To add a Customer User, navigate to Customers/ Users.
Click "+".
Enter the email address. If the email address is already configured (for another Customer), you will be asked to confirm you want to add this Customer to the existing user, as below:
If this is a new user (new/unique email address), you will be prompted for more details as below:
Once the existing user has been added to this Customer, they will be able to switch between End Customer Portals:
