HaloPSA

Extra Data can be added to the Product Description

We now allow flexibility with the Product Description when exporting invoices to HaloPSA. 

This change affects both export to "HaloPSA Multiline" and "HaloPSA Charges". 

Extra data can be added to the Product Description.

Tooltips

We have also enhanced the ToolTips on the HaloPSA Integrations page. 

 

QuickBooks Online

If you export Canadian invoices to a Canadian QuickBooks, we have made enhancements when multiple tax types are involved. 

We expect this will eliminate tax type errors when exporting invoices in bulk.

 

🖥️ General

Customers AR Transactions

Navigate to Customers/ Finances/ AR Transactions.

You now see both the Created On and Transaction Dates. 

Created On was the date when the transaction was entered/created. 

Transaction Date is the date the user selected when entering the transaction (if applicable).

 

Invoice Export

We have added a new Column to the report: Invoicing/ Action Invoices, Export Invoices/ CSV File. 

The column added is Invoice status. This column has been added after other existing columns.
