How to Export Invoices to ZIP file

Invoices in Generated, Sent or Sent manually statuses can be export into a ZIP file and stored in the Files page for users to download when required. This is helpful if you prefer having out of cloud backups.

 

Instructions

1. Navigate to Invoicing.
2. Switch to Action Invoices.
3. Select invoice(s) in Generated/Sent/Sent manually status. Export to ZIP button will appear under the Actions dropdown.

4. Click Export to ZIP button and Yes on the confirmation popup invoices start to compress and display Operation Progress page
5. After invoices compressed and exported, you will be taken directly to the Files page to download the invoices
