How to set up WebHooks for Authorize.net

Why you might want to do this

When authorize.net is used to pay an invoice, it's possible that the payment might be considered "successful" at the time, but fail at a later time.  If the payment fails on that later day, you are able to configure authorize.net to notify Datagate using WebHooks. This will set the invoice status to be "Paid Failed" in Datagate.

How to configure

In order to be able to create webhooks, you need to create a Signature Key.

Go to Settings > API Credentials & Keys > Select “New signature key”, press Submit

If you already have Authorize.net connected to Datagate, please go back into Datagate, navigate to Settings/ Integrations, select to edit the Authorize.net integration, and press Save. If the Save button isn't available, please make a minor change to the settings, change it back then press Save.
