You can enable extra fields for customer, service item and product details pages.

Navigate to Portal Settings
- Select Settings after hovering your cursor over the drop-down arrow found on the top right-hand corner.
- Click on the Portal option.
Update Portal Settings
- Select the extra fields you want to enable via the check boxes.
- Click the Save icon.
