The Global Service Items page allows you to view and manage all the customers service items in a grid view. Service items are display in the page filter by selected service in the drop down.

Navigate to Global Service Items
1. Open the main menu on the top left.
2. Click on Service Items.
Add New Service Item
1. Navigate to Global Service Items.
2. Click on button, Service Item Details window will open.
3. Enter service item details and select customer from the drop down.
4. Click Save button.
Edit Existing Service Item
1. Navigate to Global Service Items.
2. Click on the service item you want to edit.
3. Update service item details and click Save button.
