How to Assign Rate Cards and Pricebooks

The customer Assignments page is used to assign Rate cards or Pricebooks to a customer.

Navigate to Customer Assignment

1. Click on Customers in the main menu
2. Click on the Customer Code or Name link in the customer list table
3. You will navigate to Customer invoices page. Click on Assignment tab 

Assign Rate Card or Pricebook to a Customer

1. Navigate to Customer Assignment page
2. Click on  button, Assignment Details window will open
3. Select a rate card or pricebook from the drop down 
4. Select the types of service items the rate card or pricebook applies to
5. Choose a From date
6. Click Save button
